Who is responsible
The organizer of Novoletna zabava 2026 organizes this event and decides how its photos are used: they are the data controller. Blisk hosts the gallery and processes the data on their behalf and on their instructions (the data processor).

Photos
The gallery shows the event's photos, and the photos guests add where the organizer allows it. Where a photo was taken and the camera's details are removed from the copies shown here.
What is kept, and only if you ask
If you ask to be emailed when photos are up, we keep your email address and nothing else, until you unsubscribe or, at the latest, until the gallery closes.
Visit statistics
To show the organizer what guests liked, we count visits, searches and what happens to each photo (opened, how long it stayed on screen, downloaded, shared) together, never per guest: no cookie, name or address is kept for it, and the daily code a browser is counted under is dropped within two hours.
When everything is deleted
On 12 March 2027 the gallery closes, and all its photos and requests are deleted. A record of what was done with the data (counts only: no names or addresses) is kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask the organizer for access to your data, to correct or delete it, or object to its processing, and you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
